Rockstar Social media manager for Spiritual Thought leader

We are looking for you then! We are hiring teammates for a spiritual thought leader.

Retainer Fee: 250 - 500 USD/month plus a pay per performance (read the whole description)

We are looking for a top-notch social media manager to help us with the following assignments (including but not limited to):

• Social media positioning and increasing followers (currently Instagram and Facebook, but we are looking to expand into Twitter and TikTok) Pay per performance (extra 100 USD every 1000 followers per platform)
• Regular posts, content programming, and moderation of chats.
• Video Editing
• Creation of Reels, and formatting for fitting in different social networks.
• Strategic expertise and advice in how to maximize the social media we outreach.
• Graphic design and moderate website design expertise (Ideal but not required)

You are a perfect match if you are:

• Proactive and self-reliant
• Self-managing and respectful of deadline accomplishments
• Familiar with Project Management tools (ideally, not a must)
• English proficient (It would be great if you also speak Spanish, as the current team is bilingual ?)
• Ideally GMT-6 (+/-3hrs).
