Required Creative digital marketing person

I'm looking to hire a creative digital marketing person for a startup company. The main responsibility of this position is to develop and implement social media management strategies. While I do not have a clear plan for the role yet, I am open to explore new ideas. The successful candidate should be experienced in all aspects of creative digital marketing and must have the ability to create and implement innovative strategies to effectively reach our target audience. The ability to manage campaigns, analyze data, and create attractive content is essential.
