As a US-based Job Placement and Academic & Career Coaching company, we're in need of a versatile Virtual Assistant to support our growth and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Crafting engaging social media content: I need you to create compelling posts, run polls and encourage discussion across our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Your role is not only to maintain a consistent online presence, but also to foster a sense of community among our followers. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the unique features of each platform and the ability to tailor content to different audiences is a must.

- Implementing email marketing strategies to generate leads: Your email campaigns will be crucial in expanding our network and increasing our client base. Your knowledge of email marketing tools and techniques will be invaluable in ensuring that each campaign is meticulously planned and executed.

- Assisting with funnel creation & social media ads: Another central aspect of your role will be to help with the development of our funnels, to streamline our processes and improve our conversion rates. In addition, you will be tasked with creating and managing social media ads to boost our online presence and enhance our reach.

While these are your core responsibilities, you should be prepared to take on a variety of other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for this position would have a solid understanding of job placement and career coaching, experience with social media management and email marketing, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
