About the Role:
We are seeking a Remote Event Manager to coordinate photography events at US-based photo studios. This role involves managing event logistics, communicating with clients and vendors, managing designs for social media, managing news letters and ensuring smooth execution—all remotely.
Responsibilities:
-Plan and oversee photo events from start to finish.
-Communicate with clients, photographers, and vendors.
-Handle event logistics, scheduling, and problem-solving in real time.
-Ensure all required equipment and setups are in place.
-Track event success and manage feedback.
-Manage design materials and newsletters
-Manage models, photographers and videographers
Requirements
✔ Good written English
✔ Event management experience (photo/creative industry preferred)
✔ Available to work US time zones
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Design skills
