Your main focus will be turning ideas or raw footage into polished clips that feel native to each platform, then pairing them with concise, engaging captions and smart hashtags.

Whenever we insert static visuals, keep them corporate and professional so they blend seamlessly with the video grid. The messaging must speak to a general audience—clear, relatable, and always on brand.

Here’s what the workflow looks like:
• Produce 3–5 reels per week in Canva or the native Reels editor (1080 × 1920).
• Craft captions, tag collaborators, and select hashtags that drive discovery.
• Schedule everything in Meta Business Suite at peak times and confirm it’s queued.
• Track basic analytics and feedback, suggesting quick optimisations that lift reach and engagement.

A reel is marked complete when the final file is delivered, the caption sits in our shared sheet, a scheduling screenshot is uploaded, and a seven-day engagement note is added.
