Reddit community & content manager for web3 protocol launch

We are launching the beta of a new autonomous asset management protocol and intend to build an engaged community on reddit, and funnel users for the beta as well as get a feedback loop going. Need a proficient community manager / thinker who has prior experience of reddit community building, especially taking a bit radical approach to launching a web3 community - targeting mainstream users.
