Recruit Diverse Student Participants
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need help sourcing and confirming a broad mix of students to take part in several upcoming initiatives on my calendar. The programs range from short-format workshops to longer research or internship opportunities, so I want a pool that reflects real diversity across ethnicity, gender and socioeconomic background rather than a single homogeneous cohort.
Your role is end-to-end: identify channels where students already gather (online forums, university mailing lists, high-school counselors, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), craft engaging outreach messages, handle initial screening, and deliver a verified roster I can contact directly. Please respect all data-privacy requirements while collecting names and ensure parental consent for minors when relevant.
Deliverables
• An editable spreadsheet with each confirmed participant’s name, contact details, school level and key diversity attributes they chose to share
• A brief summary of the outreach strategy and response rates
• All template messages or flyers you created so I can reuse them
Once I receive the list, I will spot-check a few contacts; payment is released when those checks pass and the minimum headcount is met. If you have previous experience recruiting students or running campus ambassador programs, let me know—speed and credibility will be crucial.
