Recruit Car Haulers on Social Media

I need to expand our network of U S–based car-hauling owner-operators and I’m looking for someone who can screen prospects found on LinkedIn and Facebook. You won’t handle full-cycle hiring—just the vetting step—so I can step in and close only with drivers who already match our baseline requirements.

What makes a candidate “qualified” for us:
• Owns a truck plus a 3-car (or larger) trailer.
• Holds either a CDL or non-CDL license.
• Comfortable running regional lanes or long-haul.
• Open to operating under our MC at a 12 % or under their own MC at 4 %.
• 500$ sign up bonus for experienced owners, available after 6 months of working with us

Your day-to-day
1. Search LinkedIn and Facebook groups, pages, and profiles for active or potential car haulers.
2. Initiate contact via those platforms, briefly outline our offer, and secure permission to share their details with me.
3. Verify the essentials: equipment, license type, lane preference, MC preference, and earliest start date.
4. Deliver a concise report for every screened driver. Each record should include name, best contact info, confirmation of the five points above, and any notes that will help me close quickly.

I’ll handle interviews, compliance checks, and onboarding once your screened list arrives. If the first batch goes well, we can make this an ongoing partnership.

We pay you 500$ per each successful placement.
