Real Estate Team in search of a Mid-level Social Media Specialist/Digital Marketer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for a mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist to take our social media presence to the next level. You will be working with the Marketing Department of a large real estate team in Texas, so understanding real estate terms and real estate principles will be most helpful.
You will need proven experience navigating Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Also, being able to analyze data and determine trends will be required so you can...
- Assess our current online presence
- Develop a comprehensive social media marketing strategy - and a detailed roadmap to put it into action
- Work with the Team's Marketing Department to create effective marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain a posting and content schedule -some of which the team's Marketing Department will create
- Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging as well as organically building user friends, likes, follows, participation, retweets, video views, etc. We wouldn't even hate going viral! As long as it's all family friendly, of course.
- Create reports on the progress of social media campaigns and be willing to discuss them at length

- You love social media, and you love showing folks all about it. So a natural desire to share your passion with us would be beneficial. In addition, we want to understand the strategies you create and implement and why. Social media isn't new to us, but how engagement could translate into leads that turn into money is. We hope you can share with us just how exciting this side of social media is.
- You are dependable. You are trustworthy. You do what you say you're going to do. We can't do flakey, we just really can't, so no offence it might not be the best fit if your are selected and can't stick around for a while.
- Full disclosure, we'll want to talk to you quite a bit while we ramp up. After we're at a steady-state, once a week or so should work.
