Real Estate Social Media partners needed

Looking for a partner who has experience and can do Real Estate social media.

There are two needs:

1) We are a real estate investment company and we'd like to grow our social media presence.
2) We have a list of real estate investors and professionals that need desperate help with social media presence.

We are looking for someone that can:
1) Develop & execute strategies that's right for the purpose (real estate investment) on all major social media;
2) Create high-quality and engaging content
3) Manage the accounts and communities
4) Manage paid advertising
5) Manage the brand
6) Produce reporting of analysis and outlook
7) Understand the real state market and has basic knowledge.

If you are someone who's just looking for a job, you can specify it in your proposal. However, if you think you can bite more or have a team, we can discuss partnering up together as I can bring in clients based in different areas of the U.S. & other countries. I just want someone serious and know how to work but just lacks a sales portion.
