Video Editor Wanted for Real Estate Content (Ongoing Work)

I'm looking for a creative and reliable video editor to help me bring real estate content to life. I shoot raw footage (property tours, walk-throughs, agent commentary, etc.) and need someone who can take that and turn it into engaging, stylish, and professional short-form videos—ideal for social media, listings, and marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Editing raw video clips into smooth, engaging montages
* Adding music, captions, and light motion graphics
* Creating reels/stories that feel modern, energetic, and polished
* Blending professionalism with a cool, social-savvy style
* Quick turnaround (within 48–72 hours preferred)
You Should Have:
* Experience editing content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
* A sense of style and timing (we want viewers to *feel* something!)
* Good grasp of clean, on-brand visuals – not overly flashy
* Ability to work independently and take creative initiative
* Portfolio or examples of past work (real estate a bonus, not essential)
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of trends in real estate content
* Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
* Basic understanding of social media algorithms and formats
This will be ongoing work, with new projects every week or two. Payment is $5 AUD per video.
