I’m looking for a skilled video editor to create a high quality, engaging property video suitable for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok). All raw video footage will be provided along with sample/inspiration videos to show the desired style, pacing and overall vibe.

The goal is to produce a short, visually appealing and professional edit that highlights the property’s best features.

Project details:
- video length - approximately 30-45 seconds (social media format)
-footage provided - all raw property video clips (shot in high quality)
-reference videos - inspiration footage will be included for editing style guidance
- format requirements - optimised for vertical (9:16)
-editing style - clean, modern, cinematic transitions, with smooth pacing
-music & sound - add background music (royalty free), balance audio levels
-text and graphics- include simple captions - including the brand and property address
-delivery - final exported video in HD (and versions formatted for social media platforms)
