Promote business (by reaching out to potential clients)

I run a company which specializes in Marketing. At "Preach Marketing", we increase a company's customer base and customer loyalty by increasing their social media presence and exposure. We either create or take over a company's social media accounts. We post regularly and have programs which detect whether this method is working or not, by tracking the different amounts of people that visit the social media account over a specific time frame.

I need someone to reach out to potential clients, either it be through cold emails, calls, etc... the goal is to get more clients for the business. You would be paid per client you get (50-100 euros).
