Professional Social Media Management for Brand

I'm looking for an experienced social media administrator(FB & Instagram) to enhance our brand visibility for 60 usd per month!!. The task will involve:
- Posting 3 edited videos a week (will send videos need to edit)
- 12 posts a month on Facebook
- Boosting content
- Including relevant hashtags
My primary goal is to increase brand awareness, hence, the tone of the posts should be consistently professional.
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess prior experience in social media management
