Posting in Facebook (and other social networks) groups

We need person, who can find special groups in Facebook and maybe in other social networks (It will be great to hear about it from you - Telegram, Instagram - you name it please). Groups about Job and Job seeking. And then post our text about vacansy.
It will be great if you know, how do that from many accounts (if FB want to block it out).
