Podcast marketing

Starting a new podcast and looking for someone to market this. We will have between 1 to 2 shows per week. The marketing person will be in charge of promoting the podcast all over social media on multiple platforms along with reaching out to potential guests and businesses for sponsorship. I am looking for a monthly fee.
