Podcast Growth & Social Media Specialist (Ongoing Monthly Role)

Objective: I’m looking for a dedicated professional to help grow my podcast’s presence across social media platforms and YouTube. The main goal is to increase followers and listeners, ultimately driving more visibility and engagement for the show.

This is a monthly, ongoing role involving 2–3 podcast episodes per month. The compensation range is $200–$400/month, and it is negotiable based on experience and scope of work.

About the Podcast:
It explores ambition, inner growth, and the mindsets of various individuals through deep conversations and reflective insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit podcast episodes (typically ~40-60 minutes (2x / month), in English, often recorded remotely with a guest) - Edit with Subtitles (To be discussed)
- Create about 7-10 engaging short-form clips per episode, optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with the description for social media.
- Deliver the edited full episode and clips in the correct formats for each platform.
- Deliver on Captions / Description for both episode and clips (posting will be handled internally).

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience editing podcasts and repurposing long-form video/audio content into engaging clips.
- A portfolio that shows short-form video editing for TikTok, IG Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies — especially for podcast or personal brand content.
- Reliable, responsive, and proactive with communication and deadlines.
