Podcast Editor & Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Podcast Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team and help grow the FFS (For Friendships' Sake) podcast. FFS is a fun, engaging, and relatable show for 20-somethings, where we share stories, challenges, and victories from our own lives. We're on YouTube and other platforms, and we need your expertise to take us to the next level!
Responsibilities:
• Edit and enhance audio and video episodes for a polished and professional finish
• Manage and optimize our podcast’s YouTube channel and other platforms
• Create engaging, on-brand social media content (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media strategies to grow the podcast’s audience
• Track analytics and adjust strategies for better reach and engagement
• Collaborate with hosts to develop viral ideas and maintain a consistent posting schedule
Requirements:
• Experience in podcast editing (audio and video)
• Proficiency in video editing tools
• Social media management experience (Instagram, YouTube)
• Creativity in creating content, captions, and strategies to engage our audience
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Passion for podcasts and creating content that resonates with new adults
Bonus:
• Experience growing YouTube channels or podcasts
• Familiarity with Gen Z and Millennial trends
