Phoenix Local Video Editor - Full Time Position
Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I am in the Real Estate space and my Youtube Channel is focused on Entrepreneurship, Real Estate, and Virtual Assistants. I am searching for someone who can work full time with me here in the greater Phoenix area to produce consistent content on my social media platforms every day.
You would be working directly with me and a few of my assistants. For the ideal candidate, I am looking for the following:
1. Up to date with current shooting/editing styles, trends, etc
2. FAST turn around on edits for platforms like Instagram and Facebook
3. Social Media Marketing background would be ideal
4. Ability to shoot, edit, chop up, and repurpose longer form content to make several content pieces thats relevant to my audience each day
5. Our one current editor on the team can shoot, edit, and chop up our content to 3 Instagram posts per day, 2 TikToks per day, 2 Instagram Reels per day, 3 Facebook posts per day, and 1 Youtube video per day so I would love to work with someone with similar capacity/ability that can also bring ideas to the table
6. You will need your own equipment for editing. Ideally a laptop so have what you need at our in person events. I have all the camera equipment we will need
