Personal branding on Instagram

I am looking to create a personal brand on Instagram. My target audience is dental professionals aged 25-40, and I want to post both images and videos to promote my personal image. I need someone who can help me create an appealing profile which will capture the attention of my target demographic, as well as formulating a strategy for regularly posting content with an eye-catching aesthetic.
