Part-time Social Media Manager Needed

I'm seeking a part-time or potentially fully time social media manager to create content for and manage multiple Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. The primary goal is to increase our follower count on these platforms as well as increase guest interactions.

- we are Behavioral Systems, a hospitality company overseeing a music venue, event venue, speakeasy, karaoke room and boutique bodega and soon an outdoor Music and dining option!

Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement plans to grow follower base across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Focus on creating and posting promotional content.

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly in growing follower counts.
- Excellent content creation skills, with a focus on promotional content.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter algorithms and trends.
- Understanding of social media analytics and ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.
