Part-time Social Media Manager

BAL is an international digital-first marketing agency, with offices in Istanbul, Almaty and London. We are looking for a:
Part-time social media entry-level expert, interested in digital marketing and advertising, knowledgable about social media platforms and content creation, strong communicator with native/ near-native English language skills, capable of basic creative writing, a good project planner with a follow-up attitude. Main responsibilities include:
- Writing/editing social media posts and written content across different channels.
- Developing social media content plan, briefing creative teams for design.
- Daily communication with clients and business partners.
- Handling operations for promotional activities.
- Conducting desktop research and competitive analysis.
- Conducting customer interviews, shooting simple video and photography.
