Part-Time Marketer – Social Media, Influencers & Community Engagement
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
JobCopilot is looking for a creative and proactive Part-Time Marketer to support key marketing initiatives across (1) social media, (2) influencer partnerships, and (3) community engagement.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll help shape our content calendar, reach out to influencers and creators, and participate in relevant online conversations to boost awareness and interest in JobCopilot.
We’re not looking for a senior strategist - but we do want someone who has done this before, knows how to stay organized, and can confidently contribute ideas and execution support across multiple pillars.
What You’ll Do
=================
1. Social Media Content & Calendar
• Collaborate on content ideas that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Help manage and maintain a simple content calendar across platforms.
• Write engaging social media copy or use AI tools to generate strong content as per strict guidelines.
2. Influencer & Partnership Outreach
• Research and identify relevant influencers (especially in job search, productivity, and AI spaces).
• Send outreach messages, follow up, and coordinate partnership logistics.
• Track deliverables and performance of influencer content.
3. Community Engagement
• Discover Reddit threads, Quora questions, and LinkedIn posts where JobCopilot can be introduced authentically.
• Draft thoughtful replies that add value while spotlighting JobCopilot naturally.
• Maintain a tracker of engagement opportunities, drafts, and metrics.
Who You Are
=================
• You have previous experience supporting marketing initiatives - whether as a freelancer, agency support, or in-house.
• You have previous experience managing influencer partnerships - including outreach, coordination, and tracking deliverables - and are comfortable owning this part of the work independently.
• You’re organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling different types of tasks.
• You have good copywriting skills - especially for social and community platforms.
