- Understand our product offerings thoroughly and communicate their features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile.
- Build rapport with potential buyers and establish long-lasting relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Identify interested buyers and forward their contact details, along with relevant notes, to the sales team for follow-up.
- Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and communication history for effective tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for engaging potential buyers and achieving sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably with a focus on outbound messaging or lead generation.
- Written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on WhatsApp messaging etiquette.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp features and tools for effective communication, including file sharing, voice messages, and multimedia content.
