Organic Meta Ads & Content - employment- Hourly

I’m ready to step up my Facebook and Instagram presence with purely organic tactics that bring in qualified leads, not just likes. I need a creative partner I can trust to charge by the hour—fairly—while handling both the planning and production of content.
Here’s what the work looks like:
• Strategy & scheduling: Use Meta Business Suite (or a similar planner) to map out a weekly content calendar that supports lead generation, complete with recommended posting times and CTAs.
• Content production: Design scroll-stopping images/graphics, craft short-form videos (simple edits are fine; no big studio needed), and write concise blog or article snippets that can live on my site and be repurposed in captions. Canva, Adobe tools, or native Reels editing—whatever you work fastest in—is welcome.
• Optimization & reporting: Track reach, saves, shares, and most importantly leads captured, then adjust the approach in real time.
I’ll supply brand guidelines, past posts, and access to the pages. You keep me updated with quick progress notes and measurable results, and I keep the hours flowing. Let’s grow this audience without the ad spend bloat.
