Organic Growth Specialist for Realtors

We are seeking a motivated Organic Growth Specialist to manage and grow social media accounts for realtors, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role involves creating engaging content, editing and posting videos, and driving organic follower growth over a 6-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instagram & Facebook Management: Manage realtor accounts on Instagram and Facebook, ensuring consistent and engaging content to build a strong brand presence.
• TikTok Management: Create, script, edit, and post 4 videos per week on TikTok, designed to showcase properties, provide real estate tips, and build the realtor’s brand.
• Content Creation: Develop original and customized content that includes static posts, reels, and stories to drive engagement across all platforms.
• Hashtag Strategy: Research and apply targeted hashtags to increase post visibility and attract the right audience.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and direct messages, actively engage with followers, and interact with local businesses and influencers to grow a relevant audience.
• Weekly Reporting: Provide detailed weekly reports on growth metrics, engagement rates, and top-performing content, with suggestions for ongoing improvements.
• 6-Month Growth Strategy: Develop a 6-month organic growth strategy focused on building the realtor’s follower base and engagement through consistent, high-quality content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong video scripting and editing skills for short-form content (reels, TikToks, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media algorithms, growth tactics, and content optimization strategies.
• Ability to research and implement an effective hashtag strategy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust content strategies to ensure continuous growth.

Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
