Organic Growth Specialist Needed Reddit, Discord, Facebook Groups, Quora
Budget: $100 – $150 USD
We’re looking for an Organic Growth Specialist to generate buzz and engagement that drives users to our landing page for our upcoming app launch. Your role will be to strategically post, comment, and create discussions on Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord, Quora, and other niche forums to increase interest and visibility
This project will last 3 weeks with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Reddit Engagement– Participate in relevant subreddits through posts and comments.
- Facebook Group Outreach – Join & engage in relevant groups, posting strategically.
- Discord Community Engagement – Participate in dating/lifestyle communities to drive interest.
- Quora & Niche Forums – Answer relevant questions that align with the brand.
- Identify and engage with US-based users to maximize targeted outreach.
- Track Results & Send a Weekly Report – Summarize engagement activity and impact.
- Adjust Strategy Based on Performance– Adapt posting style and platforms as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in organic marketing & community engagement.
- Proven success in driving sign-ups & engagement through non-paid strategies.
- Experience in entertainment, bands, lifestyle, or social networking brands.
- Experience targeting US markets
- Understands Reddit karma system, Facebook group rules, & Discord best practices.
-Understands how to engage in discussions naturally while avoiding spam-like behavior.
- Strong English writing skills (must be grammatically correct).
- Willing to sign an NDA before starting.
- Must track results and provide a weekly report.
