I am a manufacturer of skin care products under the Brand name "The Nivok Shop" where NIVOK stands for Nature Inspired Vegan & Organic Kollection. We by now are selling products offline majorly but now I want to go Online and thus need a Social Media Marketing team who can handle the whole process in India. I am thinking of sharing profit so there will be no limit for people who work for us. I am aware that the Initial expenses are high so initially I am ready to share the profit % in following manner:
Upto INR 300000 Sale PM - 25%
INR 300000 - 500000 Sale PM - 20%
INR 500000 - 1000000 Sale PM - 15%
Above INR 1000000 Sale PM - 10%
