Ongoing Social Media Content Creation

I run a small creative studio in my local area and we’ve just started offering social media marketing for small local businesses.
We're doing monthly photo/video shoots with the businesses and we need copywriting services to create social media posts (using the photos/videos we take as well as stock photos or other visuals). So we would be the point of contact directly with the local businesses and we need someone to help us with ongoing white-label content creation kind of on the back-end.
Right now it would be about 12 posts per month for 2 businesses (24 posts total) but we expect that over the coming months this will grow. We'll provide all the background information about the businesses, and I'm imagining that we'd have a call once per month so we can let you know of any new or upcoming things happening with the business that would make for good post topics.
We're flexible on the hourly rate.. overall estimated monthly cost would be more important to us.
