OUTREACH SPECIALIST
We are Looking for an exceptional outreach specialist to reach out to micro influencers & bloggers to get content (photos,videos, write ups on their blogs or promotions to their followers).
We are a forward thinking US based, on-line retail company. We are going through rapid growth and are looking to expand our dynamic team. We have two main brands- one in Children’s STEAM products and one in kitchen organization & supplies.
We are looking for someone who can reach out to 80 micro influencers a day and get around 5% conversion rate- so 4 per day. These micro influencers are not paid but get free product from our range.
We have systems in place for all scripts, capturing of information and communication.
Skills Required:
-At least 1 years experience reaching out to micro-influencers on tiktok and Instagram to get content- blogs, videos, reposts etc
-Organised, consistent
-Digital native, uses a lot of social media platforms personally
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Possesses knowledge and experience of setting up and managing successful outreach for tiktok and Instagram– please provide evidence of 2 jobs you have recently done with results
- Can communicate well and is flexible and willing to learn
-Inspired, out of the box thinking, natural flare for creative styling
Pay
Pay is not an hourly rate but rather based on achieving goals.
Goal is to reach out to 80 micro influencers a day and get around a 5% conversion rate(4 per day).
Depending on skills and experience will pay around $350 per month.
In addition there is a bonus paid for all content received.
