i am looking for a skilled Social Media Expert with experience in video content creation, editing, and social media management to establish and grow a new YouTube channel focused on numerology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the numerology niche, be creative in generating engaging content ideas, possess technical video editing skills, and have proven expertise in managing social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
Responsibilities:
YouTube Channel Creation: Set up the YouTube channel from scratch, including channel art, logo, and initial setup configurations according to the best SEO practices.
Content Planning: Research and propose a list of engaging and informative video topics, trending videos within the numerology niche. This includes a content calendar outlining the frequency and schedule of video uploads as well as the timing for regular videos and YouTube Shorts.
Video Production: Oversee the entire video creation process, including scripting, filming (if local or able to manage remote recording), and post-production editing.
Video Editing: Edit videos to include appealing visuals, sound, and animations that align with the channel's brand and audience's preferences.
Uploading and Optimization: Upload videos to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize reach and viewer engagement. Strategically schedule the release of regular videos and YouTube Shorts to enhance visibility and engagement.
Social Media Management: Manage the associated Facebook and Instagram accounts. This includes content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running social media campaigns to promote the YouTube channel and its content.
Analytics Monitoring: Regularly track and analyze channel performance and social media metrics to refine strategies, improve content, and increase viewer engagement.
Deliverables:
A fully functional YouTube channel tailored for the numerology audience.
A fully functional facebook and instagram page where shorts would be uploaded based on numerology topics
A content calendar with detailed topics and scheduling for regular videos and YouTube Shorts for at least 3 months ahead.
Bi-weekly uploads of videos, optimized for SEO and viewer engagement, including a mix of regular videos and YouTube Shorts.
Regular updates and management of Facebook and Instagram accounts linked to the YouTube channel.
Monthly performance reports with analytics and strategic recommendations.
Continuous Engagement:
This is envisioned as a continuous, ongoing engagement. The expert will be expected to consistently deliver high-quality work and adapt to evolving content trends and audience preferences.
Monthly meetings will be scheduled to discuss progress, review analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
Payment Terms:
Payments will be made on a monthly basis, contingent upon the fulfillment of agreed-upon deliverables and performance targets.
