New Social Media Manager

We have a small Building Construction Company and a new Pool Building Company. We need social media marketing to grow our businesses. We do not have much time to devote to advertising and marketing, so we need someone to take the lead and develop a program, handle maintenance, and provide new, regular posts. The person should be receptive to our direction and feedback. We'd like for this to develop into a long-term position.
