New Music Single Release

I need someone to help promote a new music single by creating a social media presence. They need to create a profile on social media platforms like: Bandcamp, Soundcloud, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Instagram etc. They need to create a spotify playlist and a website and ensure there are links on the website to the various social platforms.
