Our app is a social network, we want to scale it up and make it big like instagram/facebook.

to do so,
Facebook launched it between colleges,
Instagram has famous people to start using it.

What is your strategy for our app to scale it up big ?
How will you connect our users with their friends ?

We are already doing FB ads and google ads, but it seems failing to scale it up.

Let me knows once you have done these :
1. You need to know why would you feel painful to uninstall our app (like you feel painful to uninstall youtube/instagram/facebook)

2. Successfully found a reason for your friends and invited your friends to the app (like you would talk about youtube/instagram/facebook to your friends)

3. Figure out and tell me how other social app such as tinder can get to 200mil-600mil installs in the most cost efficient way. On average, install cost per user is $2, so it's not possible they paid $200mil to acquire their users.
