Nepali Video Editor for Motivational Content

JOB TITLE: Part Time Video Editor (Nepali Content) — Remote, Nepal
My name is Kawaj Dahal. I am a Nepali creator based in Adelaide, Australia building a mindset, discipline and self-improvement brand called Path2Kawaj (P2K). The English side of the brand is already live and growing across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
I am now launching @kawajdahal, a dedicated Nepali-language channel targeting the global Nepali community. Same raw, honest, motivational content, spoken directly in Nepali, for our people. Nobody is doing this at a high level in the Nepali community right now. That is the opportunity.
What you will edit:
5 short form vertical videos per week (30 to 45 seconds) for TikTok and Instagram Reels, plus 1 long form YouTube video per week (8 to 15 minutes). All content is motivational talking-reel style filmed by me in Nepali. You will handle subtitles, text overlays, cuts, music and pacing.
Who I am looking for:
You are based in Nepal. You understand Nepali language and culture deeply. You have experience editing short form vertical content. You know what makes a video stop the scroll. You are reliable and meet deadlines. You are hungry to build something, not just looking for a quick gig.
What I offer:
Starting pay is $400 AUD per month part time. Pay increases as the channel grows. Fully remote. Long term collaboration. Ground floor opportunity to help build the number one Nepali mindset channel globally.
