Need someone to HELP me set up my Instagram account properly.

I have instgram channel - and I upload reels to this. Lately I started observing that My Reels are not getting Boosted up. I Had also did set up my sons Facebook Page, Meta Page - BUT from last 2 weeks or so things are not smooth, When ever I upload a reel to instgram and I try to boost the reel - It does says under Review but then nothing happens.

I tried getting around with facebook page , Meta ads manager - but it seems I am messing up with things here. SO many different errors are showing up like:
1. something that says in order to boost reels on instagram you need to upload video to facebook.
OR
2. When I try to Boost reel from IG it is saying an not be boosted becasue of Low resolution ----- this is a shock to me, I make videos in highest resoulution on my iphone.
OR
3. Add Tools are Not available at this time, check back later.

I think I am doing something wrong - SO I need someone who is very thorough with Instgram set up .

My aim is to set things right - You will help look into what is wrong where and help set up things in a correct way. Also you will let me know How and what to be done when ever I upload Future reels. You will also let me know How best to upload reels so that when I run boost on them they come up with optimum results, - somthing about # - how to use them, Title optimization, etc.. etc..

I normally upload 2 or 3 times a week and then I make a prepayment to Boost Reels. All This I do from my phone.

I need this to be done Today, please
