Need a social media strategy

I am a photographer trying to come up with a more organized social media plan. I currently have:
- a website (geared toward portrait clients)
- a YouTube channel with 13k subs (geared toward educating other photographers)
- an IG account with 700 follows (mix of personal and photography)
- a Twitter account with 3500 follows (mix of personal, photography and YouTube promotion)
- a FB business page with about 1200 follows (with very little posting)

My problem is that all of them are kind of running independently and without any real plan in place.
A big issue I struggle with is audience. For example, I don't want to promote the YT channel to portrait clients and don't know who each of the other platforms should be geared toward.

I would like someone to create a plan for me that would make these work together and give me an action plan to grow each of them properly.
