Need instagram expert to solve my problem.

Hey I need someone who is an Instagram expert in order to solve my problem. My Instagram user id is - @as_parul_sees . I am an Indian but my Instagram page followers are maximum from outside india. My followers got boosted around 35k in 3 days and maximum of the followers are from outside and there are several followers who haven't posted or have 0 followers and 600 following. All this thing portrays my account to be look as fake but that's not the reality daily I get around 20 international followers and one indian my account major followers are from iran.
