Need SocialMedia Manager - PartTime Job

Hi there,
my name is Jaroslav, my nickname is Yarve, but you also can call me just JP.
I am migration advisor and I have a blog (http://migwork.com/blog/) which I wanna promote on youtube and Instagram.
10 videos already recordered. They are waiting to be uploaded.
In my plans is to post at least one quaranteed video a week and minmum 2 Instagram posts.
Your job consists of 2 parts:
1: Preparations
2: Routine
1. PREPARATIONS:
1.1: Set up my youtube chanel youtube.com/channel/UChu8Cq0KN3PSfaaWuKoTeCQ
Separate it from my all other youtube channels.
1.2: Help me to create an instagram account (I have a private one but I want to dstinguish my business from my private life).
1.3: Help me to create an pinterest account
After all this is set, I imagine your working routine like below.
2. ROUTINE:
2.1: Once a week I produce and upload an youtube video. You optimize the video by adding thumbnail, search keywords and tags, add an english script to the video. Then you anounce it on my instagram, pinterest and facebook accounts);
2.2: Once-twice a month you send newsletters to my subscribers. (I will send you a written guidance how to do this);
2.3: I also send you content which you will place on instagram and pinterest.
For this instagram/pinterest content you will create simple eye-catching Images.

Do not worry that majority of my videos and insta-posts are in Russian. I will provide you with necessary insructions in English.

How we proceed:
1) You message me your top 3 questions about this job. We will clarify them and after I hired you, I will add you as admin of my youtube channel. Then we start the Preparation part together. Please install 3 applications on your PC: Anydesk, Zoom and Filezilla.
2) After preparations are done we make 2.1 - 2.3 couple of times together. Then you will do it alone. I wish long term cooperation. Probably we will find a fixed price for your routine activities.
