Need Linkedin, Twitter and Email marketing

I'm looking for an experienced marketing specialist to help me promote my message and training material on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Email. The messaging should be informative in nature, and I'll require assistance with creating content. I'd like the messaging to go out on an as-needed basis. The ideal specialist can provide insight into the latest trends in digital marketing, and can customize the messaging to reach my target audience. They should also be able to provide guidance and advice on how to optimize my campaigns. I want the content to go from your social media accounts because I dont want to create my accounts till my material is tested for audience engagement. After i get good engagement results, then you have to create my separate accounts and start promoting training material from there.
