Need an Assistant to a cosmetic Business owner

As a cosmetic company I am in need of an assistant to assist in all work attached to the Owner which covers admin, idea generation, research, finance, social media marketing and so on
It is a Mumbai based project so a local freelancer would be preferable but not a compulsion.
