Seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to handle content strategy and community management for an established adult lifestyle content creator. The ideal candidate will manage multiple social media platforms with a focus on growing subscriber base and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Reddit presence (primary marketing channel)
Create and schedule engaging social media content
Develop content calendars and posting strategies
Community engagement and response management
Track metrics and provide performance reports
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines
Requirements:
2+ years experience in social media management
Experience with Reddit marketing
Understanding of adult/NSFW content guidelines across platforms
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to maintain professional discretion
Experience with content scheduling tools
Analytics and reporting capabilities
Must be:
18+ years old
Comfortable working with NSFW content
Professional and discrete
Available for regular communication
Other platform knowledge a plus!
Target: 75 new subscribers per quarter across platforms with an increase in metrics as it grows
NDA required.
Compensation:
hourly, Paid weekly
Monthly Performance-based commission structure on platform revenue
Monthly and Quarterly bonus opportunities for meeting growth targets
Extra incentives for successful expansion into specialty markets

Knowledge of Reddit's karma building and posting requirements

Experience with timing posts for maximum engagement
