NFT marketing & Community Manager (NOT HIRING FOR moderator ) GROWN THE community

We are a team who will launch an upcoming NFT project (long time) and we are looking for a team of COMMUNITY MANAGER who can grown te Discord & Twitter followrs and line up with different project , post infographics about the project on social medias (infrographics picture will be provided).

Establish and maintain relationships with the project's community through social media channels.
Assist the marketing team in deploying marketing strategy.
Respond to customer issues, comments and questions in a professional, kind and timely manner. Share actionable feedback with the team.
Engage with our target audiences.
Oversee the community narrative across all social platforms.
Meet established marketing targets on social media platforms and grow the community.
Identify potential market fit opportunities.
Provide regular status updates to the team.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information about the community.
Promote and support marketing campaigns.
Skills
Understanding of crypto/blockchain terminologies and trends; and a passion for the crypto community.
Experience in community initiatives.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work flexibly to interact with the community as much as possible.
Familiarity with online platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
Strong written and spoken English.
Great communication skills - with an ability to establish dialogue with a wide range of people.
Sense of humor is a plus, and any experience in meme-making.
Beneficial but not required
Previous cryptocurrency community management experience.
Experience in marketing for NFTs and cryptocurrency.
Any other languages are a plus.
