Music Band Manager Needed

I'm in search of a dedicated and skilled band manager who focuses primarily on tour management. Additionally, I'm looking for someone who can help manage our presence across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of tour management
- Assist with social media management on multiple platforms
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform
- Regularly post updates and new content
- Engage with our followers to build a supportive community

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in tour management
- Ability to engage with followers in a genuine and positive manner
- Develop the label & artist onboarding strategy, responsible for partnership management on deal-making and negotiations
- Strong networks with music stakeholders in Indonesia, especially labels
-responsible for the management, administration and delivery of all Band Programs and services in order to ensure that the needs of the Band Members are met in a reasonable, effective and efficient manner.
