I'm in need of a diligent social media manager who can handle both Facebook and Instagram.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Creation of engaging content that reflects our brand and target audience
- Posting and scheduling at optimal times for maximum reach
- Actively engaging with followers to foster community and encourage lead generation

The main goal is three-fold:
- To exponentially increase our brand's awareness
- To frivolously drive website traffic
- To ultimately generate leads and conversions

Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in social media management
