We are seeking a skilled and ethical freelancer to help generate real customers and sales for our premium esoteric candle brand, starting in ITALY with expansion to other European markets.
This is a fixed-price role. The initial rate will be set by us, and based on performance, results, and quality, the rate can be increased.
All work will be formalized through a renewable contract, based on results and adherence to our standards.

Your Mission:
Develop and execute your own ethical outreach and sales strategy for Italy and Europe
Identify and contact high-quality potential customers or partners
Primary goal: generate direct purchases on our website
Secondary goal: if direct purchase is not possible, pass qualified contacts to our team for follow-up via phone or video call
Write personalized, professional messages that reflect the premium and energetic value of our candles
Maintain brand integrity — no spam, no unsolicited emails, no unauthorized backlinks
Provide regular progress reports

Social media outreach (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Collaborations or partnerships with local businesses
Influencer marketing
Any creative and professional approach
Compensation:
Fixed price (set by us initially)
Rate increase based on performance and quality of work

Long-term collaboration possible for consistent, high-quality results
Requirements:
Proven experience in outreach, sales, or marketing
Knowledge of the Italian and European markets preferred
