You’ll be reporting to the CEO who is a very busy executive and mum. Currently there is no one dedicated to the marketing function which means it goes neglected.
But not with you! Because you’ll be our proactive, productive new team member ensuring we are consistent with putting out quality content and creating great engagement with our audience and new public.
Performia Australia is a productivity improvement organisation that helps other business owners build productive, safe and fun teams through training and strategic recruitment advice.
You'll help to get more things done across social media posts and writing the copy, blogs, newsletters, other marketing and admin support.
Our office is in Melbourne, but you can be anywhere, and work any timezone as long as you meet deadlines and can communicate effectively in English. There will need to be some agreed hours you’re contactable between 9 am - 6 pm Melbourne time.
