Multi-Platform Social Media Content Creation

I need an experienced social media content creator to help me engage with our audience on multiple platforms. I am looking for someone who has worked with a variety of social media platforms and can keep up with current trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing a social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Creating and posting engaging and relevant content.
- Monitoring and responding to comments and messages.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have a proven track record in social media content creation, and be able to provide examples of their work. I'm looking for someone who can help me build a strong social media presence and grow our audience. The project is set to start in mid-end of July and will be ongoing, so I need someone who can commit to this long-term. Please include examples of your past work in your proposal.
