Motorsport Live Shopping Concept Test

Job ID: 40214126

Budget: £50 – £250 GBP

I want to run a small-scale, proof-of-concept live shopping session that showcases Motorsport merchandise, specifically apparel, accessories and collectibles before I commit to full production. The goal is to demonstrate that fans will engage with and purchase items in real time when the event streams simultaneously to Instagram Live, Facebook Live, YouTube Live and WhatNot.

Here’s how I picture it working: we curate a handful of popular Formula 1, Nascar and IndyCar pieces (I’m also open to sprinkling in some Formula E items), set up a concise run-of-show, then go live across the four platforms. During the broadcast I need smooth product switching, on-screen calls-to-action that convert, and post-event analytics that clearly show viewer numbers, engagement and, most importantly, sales velocity.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Technical setup and streaming coordination for the four channels, including any multistreaming software you prefer.
• A brief run-sheet with timing cues and talking points for each product.
• Live moderation/support so questions and purchase prompts are handled quickly.
• A summary report after the event detailing reach, engagement rates and sales figures, plus any recommendations for scaling the concept.

If you have prior experience running live commerce events or selling fandom merchandise, let me know. I’m looking to schedule the test in the next two weeks, keep it under an hour, and walk away with clear data that tells me whether to green-light the full production rollout.
