Mortgage Lead Generation Strategy in Canada

I'm looking for a skilled person or agency to help me create digital strategies that can effectively generate mortgage leads in Canada.
- Target Provinces: The primary focus of this project will be on Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta.
- Social Media Focus: I'm particularly interested in leveraging Facebook and Instagram for this project - open to other suggestions as well.
- Key Demographics: The main target audience for these mortgage leads will be First time home buyers and people who need to refinance their properties.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in both social media marketing and lead generation, ideally in the mortgage or real estate industry. Knowledge of the Canadian market and its regional differences would be a significant advantage.
Ideally, I will have this person managing these platforms and lead performance every month.
